I’ve ordered from Persis several times and each time they got my order wrong. Whenever I ordered the food was always too spicy. This time I ordered and when I opened the food, all there was white rice.The actual biryani rice was at the bottom and there was literally nothing. It was so bland and had no taste. When I called them, they said it was because I ordered mild when I have the receipt that says I ordered medium. Keep calling the store to speak with manager but no one is at the store to solve our issue. The food is good but they keep messing up our order so from now on we will not be ordering from here.

First time ordering from here . I ordered butter chicken, dal maknai , shrimp biryani, shrimp curry,chicken, Dum biryani , mango lassi and more but the food was so amazing , even my . 6 year boy love the food .I’ll come back again . To others please if your craving for Indian food please enjoy.

This is a pretty good Indian restaurant to go, however, do *NOT* tip the employees (cash or credit). The owner takes *all* tips - yes, it’s illegal, but I doubt they care. I heard this directly from multiple UMBC students who used to work here. Only the desperate students work here, and you can see this in the level of service you get. Overall, the food is amazing and I’ll continue ordering food for takeout.

Food is really good. I went for a buffet on a Sunday and its delicious and yummy... i love the biryani here and its very tasty...😋 One thing that can be improved at this place ambience. Other than everything is perfect.. Recommended place to visit again...

I am so disappointed with my food today from Persis. I ordered their Chicken Biryani and it completely lacked flavor (no salt, no taste). In addition, my Biryani only had 2 pieces of chicken (small drum sticks). I understand things are more …

Having the $22 lunch buffet was really nice. They had good food for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians. I loved the goat biryani, karampodi chicken, and fish fry. The buffet had a good mix of veg and non-veg options.
